HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Chef Douglas creates each meal to his customer’s wishes using only the freshest in-season ingredients. Below you will find the menu from which you may choose your meal. Chef Douglas will personally prepare and serve your meal in your cabin and then clean-up.

Call or e-mail Chef Douglas to confirm the availability of the date you would like him to serve you. Each guest should choose their own beverage, entrée and dessert from the menu below and e-mail your choices to ChefDouglas@CabinCuisine. Please include the time you would like to eat, the name of your cabin and the cabin rental company so that Chef Douglas may obtain directions from your cabin rental company. If you are a property owner, please provide directions with your menu choices. You will receive a conformation of your menu and appointment by return e-mail. Chef Douglas will arrive approximately one-hour early to begin preparation of your meal.

Payment may be made by cash or check after you have enjoyed your meal.

BRUNCH MENU - $55 per person

Each meal includes your choice of beverage, entrée and dessert. Your meal also includes; rustic pan fried potatoes and fresh made croissants with locally made fruit preserves.

BEVERAGES

Included with your meal is your choice of fresh squeezed Florida orange juice, fresh made apple cider (non-alcoholic) from local mountain apples, tomato juice or Bloody Mary mix. Coffee will be provided upon request.

NOTE: Local law prohibits me from serving alcohol however, you may provide your own for a fresh juice Mimosa or Bloody Mary.

ENTRÉES
All entrées are made with locally grown farm fresh organic eggs

Eggs Benedict
A traditional brunch favorite. A poached egg served atop Canadian bacon, a toasted English muffin and topped with Hollandaise sauce.

Eggs California
A new twist on the original. A poached egg nestled in an artichoke bottom with herbs and topped with Hollandaise sauce.

Frittata
An open-faced oven baked omelet filled with your choice of: ham, mushroom and cheese, fresh in-season vegetables & herbs or any of your favorite fillings.

Steak and Eggs
A six ounce filet mignon served with eggs any style you choose.

Apple & Cinnamon French Toast
Fresh made bread, thick sliced and topped with local mountain apples and cinnamon served with pure maple syrup from Maine.

DESSERTS

Fresh Seasonal Fruit Tart
Individual puff pastry tart filled with seasonal fresh fruit

Hot Fudge Cake
An individual chocolate cake with a molten hot fudge center served with vanilla ice cream

Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Yogurt
Assorted fresh seasonal fruit topped with vanilla yogurt

Bananas Foster
A classic presentation of bananas sautéed in butter with brown sugar and cinnamon then flambéed in rum and served with
vanilla ice cream
